**Shoebill**
Known as "the bird with the world's largest head," the shoebill is a large bird inhabiting the swampy regions of central and eastern Africa. Adult shoebills stand approximately 140 to 150 cm tall with a wingspan of up to 2.6 meters.
The shoebill possesses a massive, pointed beak and primarily feeds on fish from rivers, occasionally hunting small crocodiles. Unlike many water birds that use touch to sense prey in the water, shoebills rely on sight for hunting. They often stand motionless by the water's edge or on aquatic plants, like statues, for extended periods, patiently waiting for prey to pass by.
With fewer than 8,000 shoebills remaining worldwide, they suffer, like many animals, from habitat destruction, human activity interference, and poaching.
**IUCN Status: Near Threatened (NT)**

Q: What is ironing embroidery?
This embroidery comes with an adhesive backing, allowing it to be ironed onto clothing, canvas bags, hats, and more using a household iron. Here are the steps for application:
1. Remove the green clay used for securing the backing.
2. Place the ironing embroidery onto the desired position. Cover it with a cloth about the thickness of a handkerchief to prevent damage to the embroidery and fabric from high heat.
3. Set your iron to its highest temperature and press down for at least 30 seconds, ensuring the edges adhere completely to the surface.
4. Allow the ironing embroidery to cool before use.
* Do not use a steam iron.
* Do not iron onto nylon, silk, waterproof materials, sweaters, or garments containing down.
* Do not allow children to operate this product unsupervised.
