Notes//
1. Each computer/mobile phone displays colors differently, and there will definitely be slight color differences in printing. Each customized product has different effects, perfectionists please do not place an order!
2. Please provide your favorite photo. If you need to change the photo after the manuscript is completed, a modification fee of 50 yuan per photo will be charged.
3. The products are mainly natural, and the lighting and tones will be adjusted during production, not for skin beautification. If you mind, please provide your own beauty photos.
Refunds & Returns //
"Customized payment" products are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period, so no returns or exchanges are accepted.
(We cannot resell the products you ordered)
If there are any defects, shortages or discrepancies with your order, please contact us and we will handle it for you.
We do not accept returns due to personal subjective factors such as different from imagination, personal aesthetic judgment, etc.
Customized order instructions //
1. Select the product you want to order, place the order and complete the payment.
2. Please contact customer service after placing the order
3. After receiving the order and pictures, customer service will confirm the order and photo matching with you.
4. After the photos are confirmed to be correct, we will start drawing.
5. We will give you the schematic proofreading confirmation within 1-3 days after the physical product drawing is made.
6. After confirming that there is no problem, we will start to arrange printing and production. The printing time generally takes 30-35 working days. Some products will take longer. The number of days is based on the instructions of each product. We will inform you of the estimated shipping date.
7. After the printing and packaging of the product is completed, we will notify you on the day of shipment, and the goods will be shipped in advance if they arrive early.
