1. Do not use this product in ovens, microwave ovens, or dishwashers/dish dryers.
2. Do not use vegetable cloth or steel brush for cleaning to avoid scratching the ceramic glaze.
3. Please avoid rapid cooling or rapid heating.
{Purchase instructions and precautions}
1. For wood-fired works, due to the different locations where the ash falls, the texture of each work is unique and each piece is different, which is a normal phenomenon.
2. For wood-fired items, due to the pressure in the kiln during the kiln firing process, the embryo body will be slightly deformed (not perfectly round or vertically horizontal), which is a normal phenomenon.
3. The ash glaze and fire marks on wood-burning works are normal natural craftsmanship marks after wood-burning and are not defects.
4. After the wood-fired works are fired, there may be pinholes, bubbles, protrusions or black spots in local areas. These are the natural appearance after being fired in a high-temperature kiln and are not defects.
5. Ice cracks on the glaze surface caused by natural dust fall are normal. They should be cleaned and dried immediately during maintenance and use. Brown lines will still appear after use.
6. The back of the filter cup base is close to the water outlet. Due to the large shrinkage of the grouting buds due to burning of firewood (as shown in the photo), there will be slight gaps. This is a normal phenomenon. Please note that please understand.
7. The glaze color of the artwork will be different due to differences in computer screen settings and natural changes in the firing process (the color tone will not change). The photos were taken in natural light, and the actual product color shall prevail.
