Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it may be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and the earring post material is not solely to blame. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarity and to protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings with no reported allergic reactions from customers. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic technology is not yet advanced enough to create such intricate designs. All our pieces are handcrafted. To suit Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (like humidity, rain, or heavy sweating), but we recommend removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does shipping take after ordering? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping due to market stalls) As we participate in market events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
