▶ Ticket Policy
1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved items, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field upon purchase.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store representative contacts you, confirms the date, and ensures seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can issue a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company registration number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons beyond ART64's control.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), you will be contacted proactively to reschedule or arrange a refund.
