**✨A Guide to Scented Candles✨**
Scent and candles have always been intertwined, but did you know that many candles on the market are a blend of paraffin and soy wax? Why not make them entirely from soy wax, for a more natural and wholesome option? Soy wax has a lower melting point and can sometimes melt or become uneven when exposed to heat. Paraffin wax, on the other hand, is harder and has a higher melting point, so when mixed, it prevents an unappealing appearance and allows the candle to last longer. However, because paraffin wax burning can produce black smoke, we highly recommend using pure soy wax candles!

**The Making Process**
During the handmade process, we offer a variety of essential oils, including floral, fruity, and specially blended scents. You can experience the aroma selection process and choose your favorite fragrance. We will also guide you on how to arrange flowers to design your own mini garden.

・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk approximately 6 minutes straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road, then turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Plant" on the opposite side. The entrance to the workshop is next to "Mu MARS Maker Space." Walk straight to the end of the corridor and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the workshop, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the scheduled time for the session; no separate SMS or pre-workshop notifications will be sent.
・Orders without payment will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once capacity is reached; unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Supplementary Education Institutions," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, the refund guidelines are:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the start of the course, 95% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day before the start of the course, 90% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day before the start of the course, 80% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the right to reschedule. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the workshop, due to material preparation and venue arrangements by the instructor, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their registration.
・To protect the rights of other participants, individuals arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their registration.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・This activity is open to participants aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets may not accompany participants or join the session, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or there are special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. In such cases, please contact the venue in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or refunds.
・Photos and videos may be taken during the experience by the organizer for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. These may include your likeness and be used for event records or other recruitment-related promotions in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
