When in use, please exercise caution on wet, oily, or slippery surfaces such as crosswalks, marble tiles, and polished quartz floors. During rainy weather, be mindful of surface transitions, such as from pavement to tiled ground, as changes in gait can increase the risk of slipping. (It is recommended to take smaller steps on wet surfaces to maintain balance. Please be cautious to avoid losing your balance and falling.) For walking on snow, it is recommended to use ice cleats. Soak in clean water, with a small amount of commercially available laundry detergent. 2. Gently wipe the knit surface with a damp cloth or a soft sponge. 3. Allow the detergent to sit on the surface for a few seconds. 4. Rinse thoroughly with water. *Do not use a brush on the knit upper to avoid damaging the inner waterproof membrane. *Avoid contact with sharp objects on the knit upper. *Store your V-TEX in a dry, well-ventilated environment. 【The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges】(7-day appreciation period is not a trial period) 1. Improper try-on resulting in inability to restore to new condition: worn soles / scratched uppers / stained insoles / severely creased uppers / stretched toe boxes / missing shoelaces / traces of shoe care products applied. 2.
