Included: Free photo printing and envelopes for the cards.

1️⃣ Customer service hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (slower responses on weekends). 2️⃣ All products are handmade. Perfectionists, please avoid.
3️⃣ Please discuss in advance. The shipping will be within 7 working days after placing the order.
⭕️ Urgent orders: Please discuss first. (Will be shipped the next day with an additional urgent order fee.)
4️⃣ All photos are printed with inkjet glossy photo paper. (If you're particular, you can handle the photos yourself.)
5️⃣ Delivery via convenience store takes 2-3 days.
6️⃣ If you don't pick up the package, you will be blacklisted, reported, and receive a 1-star review.
7️⃣ After receiving the package, record a video when unboxing! If there is any issue, please contact us within 24 hours; otherwise, no complaints will be accepted.
Order cancellation: If the seller has already purchased materials or started production, the buyer must bear part of the cost to cancel the order.
Customized products are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period according to Consumer Protection Law, and cannot be returned.
