Bracelet with old Himachali silver and old Indian silver charms, Shan old silver and Karen silver, old Orissa brass and Chin silver, and blue-toned beads

This is a bracelet crafted by connecting old Himachali silver & old Indian silver charms, Shan old silver and Karen silver, old Orissa brass & Chin silver, and blue-toned beads. The old Himachali silver, adorned with floral patterns, originates from the northwesternmost region of India, Himachal Pradesh. This is over 100-year-old silver, believed to have been previously paired with stones like turquoise and coral. It features a hollow interior, making it surprisingly lightweight. (Old Himachali silver dimensions: 1.8cm width, 1.4cm height, 0.7cm depth) Interspersed are ring-shaped Shan old silver pieces and bun-shaped Karen silver beads. Each Shan old silver piece is handcrafted, lending them a unique, irregular charm. While the exact age is unknown, they possess a beautifully worn patina. The origins of Indopacific beads date back to the 2nd century BC. These particular beads are archaeological finds from Indonesia, dating back an astonishing 1000 years to around the 10th century! The faceted silver beads, which sandwich the old Himachali silver and slightly larger indigo blue beads, are exceptionally rare old Chin silver. These are heirloom pieces from the 18th-19th centuries, originating from Burma. Traditionally used by Chin women in necklaces and other adornments, they display a distinctive wear and endearing marks. Their substantial feel and presence are incomparable to modern silver (though modern pieces can also be stylish...). These antique beads have seen a significant price increase in recent years. The golden beads are old Orissa brass. These antique brass beads from India are becoming increasingly rare and difficult to acquire in recent times. The charm near the clasp is antique Indian silver, crafted between the 19th and early 20th centuries. With frequent wear, it is expected to develop a unique luster. It is believed to represent the mother goddess Haimaata, a symbol of maternal love and domestic safety (likely...). The wear on this leaf-shaped top adds to its charm and loveliness!
