*After registering, please add our official Line: @ado_studio and provide your name, workshop date, and session time to request the color card so we can prepare your materials in advance.
*To ensure the quality of instruction, the classroom is restricted to registered participants only. Admission opens 5 minutes before the start of the session; please refrain from arriving early to avoid long waits.
(For participants aged 10-15, one parent must accompany and assist throughout the session at no additional cost for joint participation.)
*The weaving course cannot accommodate separate explanations for late arrivals. Please do not be late to avoid disrupting the progress of other students. To protect the rights of other participants, entry will not be permitted after 10 minutes, and you will need to reschedule.
*Eating is prohibited in the classroom; you may bring drinks with lids to avoid spills.
*The session will be filmed and recorded for the brand's website and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear on camera, please notify our staff on-site to be excluded from filming. If no notification is provided, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and videos capturing your likeness and finished work.
*The classroom operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and last-minute changes on the day of the event are not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring the booking is allowed once under the following circumstances, valid for a two-month period:
1. Weather conditions where the government announces school and work suspensions in the region.
2. Unexpected situations, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the course from being held.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances such as illness or traffic accidents can be discussed.
