* After registration, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio and provide your name, registration date, and session. Request the color chart to help us prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, the studio is accessible only to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
(Participants aged 10-14 require one parent to accompany and assist throughout the crafting process; no additional fee is charged for co-creation.)
* To maintain the quality of instruction for all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt the class for others. To ensure the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be required.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be mindful to avoid spills.
* The workshop may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform our staff on-site, and we will avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather-related: Government-issued closures or cancellations for the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as outlined above).
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.

* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by unauthorized operation or handling will require compensation at full replacement cost.
