**[Notes]** * Due to the nature of the equipment, enrollment is limited to ages 10 and up. Courses are for individual operation only. (Participants aged 10-15 must be accompanied and assisted by a parent throughout the session. Please inform us in advance; no extra co-working fee will be charged.) * To ensure the experience for other students, please do not be late, as it may affect the class schedule. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the start of class; please reschedule on your own (once within 2 months). * After ordering, please add our official Line: @ado_studio to provide the registrant's name, class date, and send your design for review. Designs must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute bookings, the design must be sent by 3:00 PM the day before the class, with the review completed by 5:00 PM, allowing the instructor to assist with drawing so as not to affect class hours. * To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Please do not bring companions; pets and small children must be notified in advance. * The classroom opens 5 minutes before the start time. Please do not arrive too early to avoid long waits. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be given. You may also: 1. Extend the time, 2. Reschedule, 3. Take home the unfinished project. Fees for extension or rescheduling are $300/1 hour; any time less than an hour is counted as 1 hour. * As crafting is physically demanding, please have a meal beforehand and try not to arrange tight schedules afterward. * Eating is prohibited in the classroom; you may bring drinks and light snacks. We also provide snacks to help students replenish their energy. * Courses will be filmed and recorded for brand website marketing materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being in the frame. Failure to inform us constitutes your consent for Dottie Studio to use images and videos of you and your work. * The classroom operates by appointment. Booked courses cannot be canceled or refunded, and last-minute date changes on the day of the class are not allowed. Changes or transfers are permitted once under the following circumstances, valid for two months: 1. Weather factors, such as government announcements of office/school closures in the area. 2. Unexpected situations, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: physical illness or traffic accidents can be discussed. Dottie Studio is not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow regulations. * If equipment malfunctions or behaves abnormally, stop immediately and inform staff. Do not attempt to fix it yourself. You will be held liable for damages caused by unauthorized use or handling of the equipment. * Enrollment signifies your agreement to the above terms and regulations.
