**【Important Notes】** *For beginners, designs with simple lines or solid color blocks are recommended for easier operation and to avoid exceeding the allotted time. *Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. Each course is for single operation (Participants aged 10-14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration, with no additional fee for co-creation). *To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late, as it may affect the class start time. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the class begins. You will need to reschedule your appointment (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). *After placing an order, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio. Provide the registrant's full name and desired class date. Upload your design for approval. Design confirmation is required at least 7 days before the class. For last-minute registrations, confirmation must be completed by the day before the course to ensure sufficient time. *To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring companions. Pets and young children must be notified in advance. The studio opens 5 minutes before the class; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. *If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may choose to: 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the unfinished work home. The fee for extending the session or rescheduling is $300 per hour (any part of an hour is counted as a full hour). *As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have a meal before attending and try not to schedule tight plans immediately afterward. *Food is not permitted in the studio, but beverages are allowed. *The course may be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and videos featuring your likeness and work. *The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces a suspension of work and classes in the area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. **【Disclaimer】** *When operated according to guidelines, the machinery is safe. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. *If equipment malfunctions or is abnormal, stop operation immediately and notify staff.
