Without specific instructions, orders will be processed sequentially, with a production time of approximately 10-30 days. ┃Wood┃ We select hardwoods for their robustness, durability, and resistance to dents, making them more valuable than common softwoods like pine. Over time, the wood develops a richer, more aged texture. As wood is a natural material, slight variations in color and grain are inherent, even within the same wood type. If you have specific preferences for wood color, please message us beforehand, and we will do our best to accommodate based on our current seasonal wood stock. ┃Glass┃ The antique glass we use is often sourced from various places, with Begonia Pattern and Silver Star Cross Pattern glass frequently salvaged from old houses. Once brought back to the studio, the glass is cleaned and selected. Minor imperfections, such as fine lines, are traces of its history. If this is a concern, we recommend ordering a custom piece with new clear glass or newly produced patterned glass. ┃Finish┃ The exterior finish is applied using Germany's Osmo 3044 Natural "Raw" Wood Wax Oil. Made from a blend of natural ingredients, it is harmless to people and children once dried, ensuring the safety and health of both the maker and the user.
