1. Proxy Purchasing Process:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase.
・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. Please note, the system will use the refund request submission time as the basis for determining whether the order can be canceled. No order cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.
・Please complete the Real-name Authentication within 3 days after the order is placed. If the Real-name Authentication is not completed, the cross-border package cannot be delivered, and the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
2. Product Inventory:
・All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock.
・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order.
・If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service and is considered a cross-border transaction. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns.
・Return Process
1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted.
2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused.
3. After Pinkoi is notified that the product(s) is returned and confirms that there are no errors, the order refund will be arranged.

○Arin's socks
These socks are made of smooth, soft cotton and are original products made in Nara Prefecture, Japan's leading sock production area, using only natural materials.
These socks for adults have a fine ribbed knit that can be worn regardless of the season or by both men and women, and their well-balanced length makes them easy to match with pants or skirts, making them a great focal point of an outfit.
The fluffy, low-gauge knit is loosely knitted using extra-thick yarn, making it breathable and sweat-absorbent, making it comfortable to wear even in the summer.
They are slightly thick and cushioned, helping to reduce foot fatigue.

Recycled cotton is not just any old cotton.
When cotton is spun, some of it falls through the cracks and does not get spun. This is called "waste cotton." Recycled cotton is made by collecting this waste cotton and re-spinning it into new yarn.
It has an uneven texture like a slubby yarn, and when knitted it creates a unique feel.
Recycled cotton also reduces waste and is environmentally friendly.
What is speck dyeing?
These socks were made using variegated yarn, perfect for autumn and winter, dyed using a method called "speck dyeing." Speck literally means "unevenness" in English, and expresses the unevenness of the yarn, like spots. When dyeing, capsule-shaped dye is sprinkled on each skein by hand and steamed in a dyeing pot, causing the capsules to pop and the dye to stain the surface of the yarn in spots, creating a one-of-a-kind, coarse-grained melange color.
Therefore, even if dyed with the same lot, the dye will not be exactly the same for the reasons mentioned above.
Due to the characteristics of the yarn, there are horizontal stripes running through it, each one having its own unique character and a rich expression that makes it seem like a one-of-a-kind item. Also, unlike ordinary dyed cotton yarns, the color fades little by little with each wash, like denim, and changes over time.
