【About Customization】
Scope: Wine: 1 portrait engraving + 1 line of text engraving. Glasses: 1 line of text engraving.
Artwork: A draft will be provided after payment confirmation, with minor adjustments possible. Redrawing or temporary cancellation will incur artwork fees. Additional fees for exceeding the scope: $100/image.
Design Fees: If the order is cancelled after the draft is issued, design fees will apply: Artwork fee $150, Portrait design fee $100/person.
Engraving: By default, all labels are removed and engraving is on the front. Engraving a different design on the back incurs an additional $100. Colors can be gold/silver. Adding other colors requires communication, with an additional $50 fee per extra color.
Timeline: 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after draft confirmation.
Rush Orders: For rush orders, please communicate and confirm the desired delivery date before purchasing the rush service.
