Please ensure you are reachable. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished piece from various angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made upon request. However, we cannot modify the fur or eye color, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repair services are limited to a maximum of 5 times. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once you confirm satisfaction, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped.
