Clear Quartz Sphere and Blue Chalcedony Wire Wrapped Pendant. Metal material: antiqued pure copper wire. Overall dimensions (L x W): 30 x 18mm. About one to two years ago, I created two rainbow quartz sphere pendants. From the moment they were finished until they were both taken, I consistently received many inquiries from customers and friends. I recall that the most common feedback was that the 23-24mm sphere size felt a bit large. Therefore, for this new version, I specifically sourced smaller quartz spheres for crafting. These new quartz spheres do not have the large, all-encompassing internal fractures that create rainbows like the previous ones. Each sphere possesses a unique personality, with the interplay of rainbow refractions and internal crack reflections weaving their own singular visual tapestry. However, it's important to note that the rainbows in these types of quartz are caused by internal fissures. When selecting the main stone, my primary focus is ensuring that these fissures do not manifest on the surface. Following that, apart from the internal lines, the rest of the stone is clear. While these stones meet the basic functional requirements for jewelry wear, they are not resistant to heavy drops or pressure. Of course, most natural crystals and minerals are generally not meant to be dropped or crushed heavily anyway 😆 The design follows the natural shape of the main stone, creating a wire-wrapped net that allows ample light penetration and can rotate 360 degrees. This is complemented by a simple bail and blue chalcedony accent stones. The quartz spheres transform continuously under different backgrounds and light angles. The photos capture what I consider the most striking facet, but I highly recommend rotating the pendant under light to discover your own destined expression. ❖ Most product photos are taken in natural daylight. Dimensions are listed as Length x Width (x Thickness). Full-length videos, often cropped on Pinkoi, can be found by searching the brand name on Instagram for the corresponding post. ❖ For wire-wrapped jewelry, chains are not included by default. In addition to commercially available silver chains, we recommend pairing antiqued sterling silver pieces with stainless steel chains for a harmonious color tone. ❖ During the wire-wrapping process, slight marks from clamping or cutting may occur due to handling pressure. These generally do not affect the wearability of the piece. ❖ "Artistic copper wire" refers to craft-specific wire consisting of a copper core, plating, and a protective layer. "Red copper wire" and "brass wire" refer to bare copper wire (without plating). Silver wire will be specified as 925 or 999 silver. ❖ Natural stones may inherently have characteristics such as inclusions, patterns, or minor chips. Small imperfections may also be present from drilling or polishing. ❖ The default packaging is simple, including clean protective cushioning and a shipping bag. A resealable bag for storage will also be provided. [Artistic Copper Wire Wrapped Jewelry] ❖ Artistic copper wire is craft-specific wire composed of a pure copper core, plating, and a protective layer. With normal use and care, its color can remain largely unchanged for several years. ❖ Due to the plating and protective layer on the surface, please avoid using silver polishing cloths or toothpaste for cleaning, as this can rapidly wear away the plating. ❖ After wearing, please wipe away any moisture (especially sweat) with a soft cloth and store it in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please avoid wearing during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, and when bathing in hot springs. This can accelerate wire degradation and potentially damage the natural stones. [Unplated Copper Wire/Silver Wire Wrapped Jewelry / Metalwork Sterling Silver Jewelry] ❖ Red copper wire, brass wire, and silver wire are all unplated materials. Natural oxidation is a normal phenomenon (they will gradually turn into a bronze/antique silver color). The color and rate of oxidation will vary depending on wear and individual body chemistry, which is also part of the unique character of bare wire jewelry. In terms of oxidation speed, red copper wire tends to oxidize faster (turning into an antique red copper color within days to weeks), while brass and silver oxidize more slowly. ❖ Wire that has undergone a patination (antiquing) process will have a more stable color tone compared to untreated wire. However, polished areas will still naturally oxidize over time. ❖ If you wish to clean oxidized areas, you can generally use a silver polishing cloth or gently brush with toothpaste, then dry or cool-air dry with a hairdryer. ❖ After wearing, please wipe away any moisture with a soft cloth and store it in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please avoid wearing during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, and when bathing in hot springs. This can accelerate wire oxidation and potentially damage the natural stones. ❖ All unplated wire pieces can be sent back for re-polishing at a later date (only return shipping fees will apply). [Natural Stones] ❖ Natural minerals may have inclusions, patterns, chips, or black spots. Minor imperfections may also be present from drilling or polishing during processing. ❖ The natural stones used in these pieces are mostly semi-precious stones. Some stone types may have lower hardness (this will be specifically noted). Please avoid contact with polishing agents like silver polishing cloths or toothpaste when cleaning the metal components of your jewelry, as these can damage the natural stones. ❖ Please avoid wearing during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, and when bathing in hot springs, as this may damage the natural stones.
