Leningrad light meters produced at the plant Vibrator at Leningrad city (Saint-Petersburg city now) since 1955. At that time most of Russian photographers used old-fashioned exposure tables. All Leningrad light meters were based at selenium metering cell, from one hand it was nice battery-free devices, from other such system could provide mistakes because metering cells changed characteristics with the time and temperature. Next generations had 2-3 switches which allowed to use different metering ranges. The Leningrad 10 (U110) light meter became the top of Leningrad family; it was intended for professionals and had some attachments for different lightning conditions. This is rare and the most perfect exposure meter between Leningrad devices. ITEM'S CONDITION: NEW All My Instruction Manuals on English are just new booklets.
