remember the old days
The longer you live, the more memories you have of the past.
Memories that I usually forget will also increase.
Suddenly, I remember a church I visited a long time ago.
A Romanesque church in a town somewhere in France
Unlike churches with beautiful stained glass and a majestic atmosphere,
simple interior church
The light shining in is soft and gentle
When I look at the color of that light, the inside of the church, which should be cool, feels just a little warmer.
I'm the only one in this quiet space
time to calm down
I also remember the importance of that time.
This time, I cut out a slightly thicker silver plate than usual with a scroll saw to create a cross motif.
This is a simple pendant piece made by holding a single champagne garnet in place.
I hope you will enjoy the quiet image and certain brightness.
*This time I made it using champagne garnet, but other stones can be used as well.
It depends on the stock of the stone and whether it is possible to purchase it, but if you are interested, please feel free to contact us. (Prices vary depending on the stone, so it would be helpful if you could consult us before purchasing.)
*Since we cut out each silver plate one by one each time, there may be slight differences from the photos, so please be aware of this before placing your order.

~Natural stone explanation~
"garnet"
In ancient Europe, garnet, a red stone (other colors also existed), was considered a symbol of blood, and warriors going to the battlefield would carry it as a talisman to protect themselves from injury and return home alive. that's right. As there is such a story, this stone is said to have great power as a stone that symbolizes life, deeply connected to blood and life force, and a stone that brings positive feelings about living. It is also said to be the birthstone for January.
"Silver 925"
925 silver (also known as sterling silver) is a mixture of 92.5% silver and other metals such as copper. 100% pure silver is not durable enough to be used as accessories, so 925 silver is often used as accessories. Another feature of local silver 925 is that it is rarely sold to the general public. Silver, like brass, can darken or yellow and sulfurize due to elements in the air, so wipe it after it comes into contact with water or sweat, and avoid exposing it to air during daily storage. This will make it easier to maintain the shine. You can remove the black spots by polishing with silver polish, but you need to be careful as silver polish contains abrasives, so you can polish it too much or damage the natural stone by polishing it.
The most important thing to be careful about is entering a hot spring. If you bathe in a hot spring, your silverware may turn black due to the effects of sulfur, making it impossible to polish, so please avoid bathing while wearing silverware.
