Important Notes: 1. To prevent cement dust from flaking off during use, the exterior of the product is coated with a transparent sealant. However, due to the porous nature of cement and the molecular structure of the sealant, complete waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. 2. Cement is a fragile material. Please handle with care, as dropping or impact may cause the product to crack. 3. Products are made to order. Cement requires time to cure and the sealant to dry, so please allow for production and drying time. (Drying time may also be affected by weather.) 4. As the sealant is applied by hand, each product will have unique variations. 5. Each item is handcrafted and possesses its own unique characteristics. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with these individual differences. Slight variations from the product photos are to be expected due to the nature of cement casting. 6. It is not possible to completely eliminate air bubbles during the casting process; the presence of bubbles after setting is normal. (In fact, bubbles can enhance the beauty of cement.) 7. During the casting and drying process, the surface where the cement was poured may slightly recede due to water evaporation. Therefore, this poured surface may not be as smooth or flat as the mold surface. Please place your order only if you accept this characteristic. (The poured surface is typically positioned on the bottom, a smaller area, or a less prominent part of the design.) 8. To protect surfaces and prevent slipping, a non-slip pad is attached to the bottom of each product. 9. The logo on some products is carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be custom engraved with your desired text. 10. For items like incense holders or ashtrays, residual marks from use are normal. Please exercise caution with fire. 11.
