We repurpose broken or chipped ceramic items that are no longer in use, applying Kintsugi to transform them into accessories. Our concept is to create modern accessories that connect to the future, allowing people to feel close to nature and Japan's enduring traditions, thereby fostering new possibilities. We've adorned elegant blue and white ceramic fragments with apatite. Kintsugi is applied to the sides of the ceramic pieces, allowing the gold to shimmer beautifully from every angle and adding a touch of refinement. These pieces are perfect as a stylish accent for both casual and elegant outfits. This work uses a modern, simplified Kintsugi technique. Unlike traditional Kintsugi which uses natural lacquer derived from the sap of the lacquer tree, this method uses adhesive for the primary bonding.
