To promote environmental sustainability and avoid excessive packaging, your order will be carefully wrapped using recycled cardboard boxes or packing materials, ensuring safe delivery. 2. All ceramic materials used in our studio are lead-free and fired at temperatures exceeding 1200°C, making them safe and non-toxic for your peace of mind. 3. Glaze variations are natural during the firing process. Phenomena such as crazing, ice cracking, glaze crawling, or minor pinholes are normal. 4. All items are photographed in natural light, and we strive to calibrate images to minimize discrepancies with the actual glaze color. However, variations may occur due to different screen settings on various devices. The actual product color is the standard. 5. Each piece is handcrafted, resulting in slight variations in size. Clay and glaze colors may differ due to kiln atmosphere and temperature fluctuations, adding to the charm and character of handmade ceramics. We kindly ask that those with a preference for absolute perfection review the product details carefully before considering a purchase. | Care and Maintenance Instructions | 1. We do not recommend using ceramic ware in electric steamers, microwaves, ovens, or over direct heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking or damage, unless the item is specifically made from fire-resistant clay (like a clay pot). 2. If ceramic ware is to be used as tableware, please rinse and clean off any surface dirt before the first use. Wash with a sponge or soft scrubber and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive materials like steel wool, which can scratch the surface. Afterward, dry with a soft cloth and allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent mold. 3. The glaze surface may gradually develop fine cracks after repeated exposure to heat and cooling, which is a normal occurrence. Each use will impart a unique patina to the pottery, imbuing it with the warmth of your daily life. 4. Matte glazes are more prone to tea stains and marks from dark-colored foods compared to glossy glazes. Crazed areas of the glaze can accumulate tea or coffee stains, serving as a record of your daily use. These can be cleaned with baking soda, citric acid, or specialized cleaning sponges. This does not affect the usability of the item. To minimize staining, soaking the item in water or washing it immediately after use is recommended. 5.
