The eating habits of the Austronesian people fully reflect the characteristics of the geographical environment. They are farming in the mountains, fishing by the sea, or affected by the hot and humid weather. They love sour and spicy appetizing spices. Taiwan’s native species Spices mostly originated from aboriginal tribes, helping people regain their attitude and value towards food. "Wild" means deer field, and "香" means the fragrance of red oolong tea. Luye, located in the Rift Valley, was a Japanese immigrant village during the Japanese colonial period. It is surrounded by natural scenery, with a wide view and almost no light pollution. Tea trees began to be planted in the 1950s of the Republic of China. The vast tea gardens are a specialty of Luye.
