Gemstones and silver materials are sourced from trusted suppliers in the industry, and we collaborate with manufacturers. For plating, both jewelry and industrial plating are used. If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing your order. Most of the products in our studio are made to order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays the estimated shipping time. Ready-to-ship items are sent out within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please expect a waiting period. If you need to receive the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for availability or to see if it can be made for you promptly. Items processed by the factory require more time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving... Items priced at $2000 TWD or above will be packaged in a jewelry box (items under $2000 TWD require an additional purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased together will be packaged in the most minimalist way possible (items with boxes will still receive one). For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemicals (e.g., perfumes). 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 『Return Policy』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom orders, including variations in color and specifications (gemstone color and arrangement, size, material, plating or non-plating), as well as personalized requests such as engraving and ear clip conversions.
