We recommend storing your jewelry in its dedicated PVC pouch when not in use and regularly polishing it with a silver polishing cloth. Please remove your jewelry before swimming, strenuous exercise, and visiting hot springs. For pieces containing natural stones, pearls, or plating, it is also advised to remove them before showering.

Isha offers a three-month warranty on non-human-induced damage from the date of purchase for all items sold by the brand. Repairs after the warranty period will incur a minimal fee for craftsmanship.
Customized modifications, re-plating, or other custom length/size adjustments are not covered under the warranty.
