/// Origin Notes ///
The name "Cimba" comes from the Cimba Station in Kenya's Kirinyaga region—an experimental natural process lot situated at nearly 1,900 meters above sea level, at the foot of Mount Kenya.
Cultivated in volcanic red soil, the Geisha variety thrives under the diurnal temperature variations of the equatorial highlands, developing a stunning tropical fruit profile. The initial sip offers a sweet and tart blend of passion fruit and pineapple, reminiscent of freshly squeezed tropical juice. The mid-palate reveals the rich sweetness of sweet orange and grape, culminating in an elegant jasmine aroma in the finish, like a slow-fading African sunset.
The natural processing method imbues this coffee with a particularly vibrant sweetness—not a refined, restrained sweetness, but one that is full of life, born from the sun-drying and natural fermentation of the fruit.
