If there are any issues such as an incorrect product or new defects caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the return, exchange, or repair (for custom items) process. Please ship the original item back with its original packaging within 5 days of contact. Failure to return within the specified period will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return/exchange rights. Please ensure the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
