Shaped into a donburi bowl perfect for the cooler months, it's adorned with a calming pale blue glaze, with the handle area highlighted by an accent of white glaze. From kneading the clay to shaping, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing, every step is done by hand. I continuously explore new combinations of glazes and clays, creating a diverse range of ceramics in various colors and forms. To address this, we apply a watertight sealant specifically for tableware before shipping, so no preliminary sealing (me-dokome) is required. This sealing process takes 2-3 days, which is why we set the shipping period to 5 days from order placement. If you prefer not to have the watertight treatment applied, please let us know at the time of purchase. - Cutlery shown in the product images is not included. - Product images are edited and photographed to be as true to the actual product as possible.
