A change fee of "1 person/$500" will be charged within 6 days. The change is limited to one time. [Same-day changes will not be accepted]. 【About refund】 ➤ Since all courses are booked, instructors must immediately prepare materials and teaching materials in advance. This is a non-recoverable cost. To protect the rights and interests of you and your team, full refunds will not be given if the refund is due to personal factors of the consumer. ➤Apply 8 days before the event (excluding the day of the event): Full refund. ➤ Apply 6 days before the event (excluding the day of the event): 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. ➤ Application 3 days before the event (excluding the day of the event): No cancellations or refunds will be accepted. [Classes suspended due to natural disasters] ➤ In the event of force majeure natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc., LYNLI Jewelry will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. [Tool material "damaged"] ➤ Due to personal negligence during the process, the materials are made incorrectly or damaged, and the materials need to be purchased again before production can continue. Students should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, the students will be responsible for their own responsibility. [If you have not purchased a course, you are not allowed to accompany you inside] ➤ Only those who have purchased this course can enter the classroom, and non-purchasers are not allowed to participate in the experience together. 【Age limit】 ➤ Children over 12 years old (inclusive) can register for this event. Applicants aged 12 years old and above but under 18 years old can be accompanied by a guardian to participate in the event for free. Please indicate the guardian's name and phone number when registering , relationship with applicants and other related information. [Instructions for modifying the ring circumference] ➤ After the course, you have signed to confirm that the ring size and finished product meet your needs. If subsequent adjustments are needed, a fee will be charged. ➤ Expanding the ring circumference: You can change and expand the ring circumference once for free (only the ring circumference can be enlarged from 0.5 to 1 size). If you need to increase the ring circumference by more than 1 size, you will need to add more Silver materials, and you will be quoted based on the materials used. ➤ Reduce the ring circumference: You need to pay an additional cost of "350 yuan/piece/shipment". If it cannot be repaired on the same day, you will need to pay an additional 60 yuan for the registration fee. 【Photo released】 ➤ Professional photographers will be available for the experience class to take side shots of the event as needed, and upload them to the Facebook fan page and Instagram "LYNLI Jewelry" brand page after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. You can download the event photos yourself. If you do not want to be photographed, you can proactively inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention to avoid being photographed.
