1. Upon placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your appointment date and availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance after placing your order and completing payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company receipt with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
