Please read carefully before purchasing. 《Point 1》 Each mahjong tile and wind indicator is handcrafted. Slight marks, paint overflow, or paint peeling are considered normal and unavoidable and are not classified as defects. Please consider this before placing your order. 《Point 2》 All products are photographed in person. Due to variations in screen color and brightness, some color discrepancies may occur. The actual product color is the standard. Please consider this before ordering. 《Point 3》 Upon receipt, please open and inspect the package for any damage caused during transit. If damage is suspected, please follow the steps below within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company. Please note that the logistics company will not accept claims filed after the specified time frame. We provide assistance with reporting and claims but assume no liability for the compensation itself. This clause applies only to orders within Taiwan and its outlying islands, not to overseas orders. Processing steps: (1) Take close-up photos of the damage to the product and the outer shipping box. (2) Take photos of the outer shipping box (all six sides) and the white/black bubble bag (front and back). (3) Provide an unboxing video, a written description of the damage, and the photos via private message on the platform. 《Point 4》 Orders to Taiwan’s outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island, Xiaoliuqiu) require an additional shipping fee. Please click the link below to purchase additional shipping. https://www.pinkoi.com/product/ennN28HL 《Point 5》 Overseas orders are currently only accepted for Hong Kong and Macau. Other countries are not supported at this time. https://img.shoplineapp.com/media/image_clips/637f2480bd0f48001f591980/original.jpg?1669276800 ------ After-Sales Service ------ 《Point 1》 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we offer a seven-day hesitation period starting from the day after receipt (not a trial period). Please note that we only provide return services and do not offer exchanges (for different colors or plans). The seven-day hesitation period does not cover: Products without proof of purchase, where the order number or serial number does not match the product. Products resold secondhand. Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water, or fire. Return Policy Please apply for a return via platform message within seven days of receipt. For returns not due to major defects, once the product is opened and used (i.e., the transparent plastic film on the mahjong set has been removed, rendering the packaging unrecoverable), a 10% restocking fee will be charged based on the product price. If the order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Products to be returned must be restored to their original condition upon receipt, including the original packaging (outer box and cushioning materials), the product, gifts, and all accompanying documents. Incomplete or damaged items will not be accepted. Defective Product Policy If, after opening, you discover the product cannot be used normally due to manufacturing defects or missing parts, we offer a 30-day replacement period for defective items. Please contact us via platform message within this period, and we will assist you. Please note the time limit; late requests will not be accepted. We provide replacements for specific defective items only, not for the entire set. 《Point 2》 Overseas orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We ensure products are well-packaged for shipment; however, due to the complexity of international shipping, the buyer assumes the risk of damage to the product's appearance caused by logistics. If a product is found to be defective or parts are missing, you are still eligible for the 30-day replacement period for defective items. Please see the Defective Product Policy in “Point 1” above for details. https://img.shoplineapp.com/media/image_clips/637f2480bd0f48001f591980/original.jpg?1669276800 ------ Shipping Information ------ In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days after payment.
