The seven-day cooling-off period does not cover: Products without proof of purchase, or order numbers or serial numbers that do not match the product. Products resold as second-hand. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or if any item is missing or damaged. **Defective Item Procedure** If, upon opening, the product is found to be unusable due to manufacturing defects or missing parts, we will provide a "**thirty-day replacement period for defective items**."
