▶ Ticketing Policy
1. After placing your order, the system will send an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section upon ordering.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from the chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
