1. Upon purchase, an "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent to your email.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you and a date and time slot are agreed upon.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials will be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 offers standard invoice receipts. If a company-specific invoice with tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
