Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique grain and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within acceptable limits, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not perfectly replicate machine-produced items, it possesses a unique delicacy, warmth, and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually transforming into a unique piece that reflects its owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, contributing to the unique charm of each leather creation. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different production batches and storage durations. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to subsequent ones. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No trial period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made-to-order as a custom item. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no customization is noted, you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the text area blank. As each order is custom-made and cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed), our "customized products" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a mistake in the specifications. This includes reasons such as the item being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, unsatisfactory texture, or not meeting expectations.
