Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique natural markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we cannot completely avoid these unless they are significant flaws. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such variations. This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, the designer will select the stitching color, and the item will be left blank for embossing. As each order is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our custom-made items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
