Gently slide the cuff onto the thinner upper part of your ear and move it downwards. Gently pulling your ear slightly with your other hand can help it slide more smoothly. If it feels like it might fall off easily, gradually narrow the gap. 3. Once adjusted to your perfect fit, you can put it on and take it off without needing to readjust the gap each time.
