It is different from the seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather. The characteristics of vegetable-tanned leather are natural and environmentally friendly, and it retains the unique lines and marks left by cattle during their growth. Such marks as scars, insect spots, growth lines, blood tendons, etc. are not flaws. During the processing, transportation and production of leather, it is inevitable that there will be small indentations, scratches, etc. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, we will consider it to be within the normal range. Based on respect for life and natural materials, except for large scars, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them. If you mind, please consider it. But it has another kind of delicate temperature and texture. In addition, with time and different usage habits, the leather will leave personal traces of scratches, become darker, lose luster, etc., and slowly take on a unique appearance that is unique to the individual. This is the characteristic of vegetable tanned leather. Characteristics make each leather work unique and charming. ►Color First of all, there is color difference in the screen display. In addition, even if the leather is the same brand but purchased in different batches and stored for different times, the color of the leather will also vary. Even if it is the same piece of leather, different parts of the leather have different textures and different colors. The color of the two orders will not be the same, please refer to the actual product. ►About customization (no appreciation period. No returns or exchanges accepted) This product is a [customized order], please note the customization requirements such as "stitching" and "embossed text and font" when placing the order. If there is no comment when placing an order, you agree that the color of the "stitching" will be selected by the designer on your behalf, and the "embossed text" will be left blank. Since each order is "customized", it cannot be sold to others (the stitches cannot be changed on the finished product, nor can the text be re-embossed). Therefore, unless the specifications are wrong, our "customized products" have no appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for various reasons (such as too loose/too tight, leather/work is too rough, color is inaccurate, texture is not good, does not meet expectations, etc.).
