*Notes
1. The tools and materials required for class are all prepared by the studio, and people just need to arrive.
2. If you need to bring a companion, please follow the low-cost consumption in the cafe.
3. If you are late, you can wait up to 30 minutes. If you exceed the time, you will not be able to teach. You can choose to bring back the materials, or have the teacher create the work for you.

【Cancellation Notice】
1. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least three days before the class starts.
2. If the course is canceled 10 days before the course, the full deposit will be refunded directly to the original account (minus the transfer fee of 15 yuan).
2. If the class is canceled 3 to 10 days before the course, 80% of the deposit will be refunded directly to the original account (deducting a transfer fee of 15 yuan).
3. If the class is canceled on the day of the course but before the scheduled class time, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the original account (deducting a transfer fee of 15 yuan).
4. If the course is canceled on the same day and after the class time, the deposit will not be refunded.
5. In the event of a natural disaster, the class time can be changed, or 80% of the deposit can be directly refunded to the original account (deducting a transfer fee of 15 yuan).
※How to care for immortal flowers and leaves
1. Do not touch, water, or spray alcohol or perfume with your hands frequently.
2. Do not place it in direct sunlight. If there is dust, please blow it gently with a hair dryer in cold mode.
3. Please turn on a dehumidifier if the room is humid. This is also a good way to extend the life of your immortal flowers.
4. Special note: The climate in Taiwan is humid, which may cause the flowers to become moldy. It is recommended to place them in a dry environment. It is normal for the preserved flowers to have some petals broken during transportation. If you mind, just use small scissors to trim them off. If there is a situation that cannot be handled, please feel free to contact us at any time and we will answer it for you.
Shipping method:
1. Flowers and plants are specially delivered by fei fei or delivered by LALA MOVE.
2. Flowers must be handled with care, and delivery services to outlying islands are not currently available.
3. The special delivery of flowers and plants fei fei is limited to Shuangbei and Taoyuan areas. Outside the designated areas, all are delivered by LALA MOVE (please note that it is normal for flowers to fall off during home delivery). This does not apply to preserved flowers.
4. Since LALA MOVE’s freight is calculated on a floating basis, the price will be quoted before the order is confirmed.
5. If a single order exceeds 3,000 yuan, you can enjoy free shipping to a single delivery address; if the order is less than 3,000 yuan, freight will be charged. If delivery cannot be made in special remote areas, a dedicated person will notify you separately.
