1. All plants will be carefully inspected, cleaned and safely packed for delivery with tracking information.
2. All plants will be shipped bare-rooted. Pots or substrates will not be included.
3. Phytosanitary Certificate is applicable upon request.
Fee: 50 USD / 5,000 JPY per order.
Estimated time for application : 7~10 business days.

**Important Notice:**
Due to the strict regulations of plant importation of some countries, before you order, please confirm with the plant quarantine bureau of your country FIRST regarding the import permit, the inspection requirements and restrictions…etc.
We WILL **NOT** be responsible for any custom issues due to the lack of additional required paperwork from the side of importer.
