If unable to attend, your spot can be reserved for a future class (valid for two months from the original class date; unused spots will be forfeited). 4. You may arrive early during business hours. Late arrivals may affect your ability to experience the full course content or practical exercises. 5. On the day of the class, please avoid wearing perfume or scented products. Do not eat, drink, or smoke (odors can interfere with scent perception). 6. The experience course fee includes tuition and materials for the on-site session. Tools and materials are for instructional use only and cannot be taken home. 7. Photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be published on the brand's Facebook fan page, official website, and other platforms for documentation or promotional purposes. You are welcome to download them for your personal keepsakes. If you have concerns about your personal image rights, please proactively inform the staff before the event begins. 8. Each participant will receive a NT$200 discount voucher for use at the HEQingshangtang store on the day of the class, applicable to purchases over NT$500.
