Soaking should not be prolonged. Hand wash or machine wash is acceptable, but use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. If using a washing machine, place the garment in a mesh laundry bag of the appropriate size (avoid oversized bags, which can cause stretching). Gently wring out the excess water; excessive force can deform the garment. B. Dry inside out, away from direct sunlight. Avoid hanging it over a large area to prevent oxidation, fading, and deformation. C. Wash light and dark colors separately to prevent dye transfer. D. Do not expose to strong sunlight.
