Due to a single black consumer who left a malicious review, Märchen Glass Workshop will no longer be available on PINKOI. This black consumer has maliciously criticized and denied stained glass craftsmanship and has deliberately posted abusive comments to harass the seller. It is also clear from the review that this buyer continues these malicious actions, refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and shows no intention of stopping. PINKOI has responded that it cannot prevent such buyers, claiming that it is in a “neutral position” and therefore cannot intervene. Instead, they repeatedly insist that the seller should continue explaining to the buyer. However, even after clear explanations were provided, the buyer refused to understand and continued to repeat messages of criticism and denial. This behavior poses a threat not only to this seller but to all sellers of handmade products. As PINKOI fails to protect sellers and passively allows harm to sellers from other countries, trust in PINKOI has completely collapsed. Trust in a nation has also been severely damaged. It is deeply regrettable that such experiences have left a negative image of Taiwanese buyers etched in my mind. To prevent further damage to the image of my work, which I value greatly, I will be leaving PINKOI soon. If PINKOI is unable to stop malicious buyers like this black consumer, it will ultimately lose all of its sellers. In the end, such malicious buyers will simply move on after relieving their own stress. With deep regret, I will also be suspending international shipping, as I do not wish to incur further losses due to Taiwanese buyers who leave humiliating and malicious reviews.
