Materials: 925 Sterling Silver, 18K gold plating, 14K Gold
14K Yellow Gold (K is used to denote the gold content in a finished piece. 14K yellow gold means it contains 58.50% pure gold. To the naked eye, 14K yellow gold has a luster similar to higher karat golds like 18K, but it is stronger and more durable than 18K gold, while also being more affordable. Therefore, for everyday wear, 14K gold is an excellent choice.
Production Process: It starts with a hand-drawn sketch, which is then emailed to the workshop's craftsman. They create a 3D computer model based on the drawing, which is then used to produce a wax mold. Modifications are made to the wax mold according to the customer's specific requests. Finally, the piece is cast in silver and 14K gold.
Care Instructions: Sterling silver naturally oxidizes, which can cause it to darken or turn yellow. After wearing, you can gently polish the surface of the ring with a silver polishing cloth. Storing it in a box or plastic bag minimizes its contact with air, slowing down the oxidation process.
