Over time, exposure to air and the environment may cause a natural patina, leading to a subtle change in luster and a deepening of the metal's color. This is a normal oxidation process. ・ If your brass oxidizes and darkens, here are a few methods to restore its shine: - Gently polish with a silver polishing cloth to restore luster. The cloth turning black is normal; do not wash it, as this will diminish its effectiveness. - Lightly scrub with a toothbrush dipped in a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste, then dry. - Wipe with a clean cloth and a small amount of brass polish to restore the brass's shine. Afterwards, rinse with a mild detergent to remove any residual polish and prevent potential skin irritation. ・ Preserved flower jewelry is crafted from fresh flowers and can last over 5 years.
