If you are unable to attend the course for some reason, please contact Ping Garden in person to make the arrangements.
1. Full refund or class transfer is available if you notify us 7 days before the class (excluding the class day).
2. If you notify us three days before the course (excluding the day of the class), a 30% administrative fee will be deducted and the rest will be refunded or transferred to another class.
3. No refund or class transfer will be available if you cancel your class two days before or on the day of the class.
