To ensure someone is available to receive the item, please message us privately before placing your order to confirm available delivery slots. (Deliveries are primarily made in eco-friendly cardboard boxes. If you require a gift bag, please consider purchasing one separately.) - Important Notes - 1. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or time slots. It is recommended to allow for some flexibility in delivery timing. 2. Gift deliveries will not display the purchaser's information. If you wish to include your name, please note it in your order comments. 3. You can add a card service. Please specify the card's purpose in the remarks, e.g., Birthday Card / Christmas Card. 4. All shipments are packaged in standard brown kraft paper boxes for protection. If you require a premium gift bag, it can be purchased separately. We do not offer special premium gift box packaging. 5. All items are made to order. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. For urgent orders or bulk purchases, please contact us by phone first. 6. Preserved flowers (and dried flowers) are processed natural plants. They may not be perfectly symmetrical, and petals might not be flawless. Minor shedding during transit is possible and does not affect the overall appearance or usability; it is not considered a defect. This is a normal phenomenon. Those who are perfectionists should consider this carefully. 7. All floral gifts are handcrafted. The final product may not be exactly identical to the photo. In the event of a flower material shortage, the designer will substitute with similar colored flowers without prior notification to avoid delaying your gift delivery. - Care Instructions - 1. Please avoid direct sunlight and humidity. If the flowers become damp, you can use a hairdryer on a cool setting to gently dry the petals or use a dehumidifier. Direct sunlight will cause the petals to discolor and will not be reversible. 2. To remove dust, you can gently brush the petals with a soft brush or use a blower ball to lightly blow off the dust. 3. Preserved flowers, when properly cared for, can last for 1-2 years.
