The bib and suspender hardware are of a standard design, but the bottom half is a comfortably loose, gathered skirt. Although it's on the thinner side, there is no transparency, so there's no need to wear anything underneath. The design is versatile, easily complementing various styles of clothing. For regular overalls, the process of getting dressed and undressed can be a bit inconvenient, especially when using the restroom. However, this style maintains the overall look of overalls while eliminating the need for removal, making it highly practical. The color is not vibrant; it's an intermediate shade between deep navy and blue, rather than a pure deep navy. The color in the final close-up image of the hem is the closest to the actual product. The product has undergone a bio-wash treatment. As it uses indigo dye similar to standard denim, friction or moisture from rain or sweat may cause color transfer to lighter-colored tops or bags until the color stabilizes. Upon arrival, we recommend a color-fixing treatment using vinegar and salt. (Fill a basin with enough water to fully submerge the salopette. Add 1-2 tablespoons each of vinegar and salt, and mix well. Soak the salopette in this mixture for about an hour, then wash as usual with a detergent for delicate fabrics. While this process won't completely stop color bleeding, it will slow down the rate of color loss and reduce the degree of transfer.) Please handle with the same care as regular denim.
