It is normal for small air bubbles to appear during the casting process, as it's impossible to eliminate them entirely. These bubbles actually enhance the natural beauty of the cement. 7. As the cement cures and moisture evaporates, the surface may slightly recede. Consequently, the casting surface may not be as smooth or level as the mold surface. Please consider this before ordering. (We generally place this surface on the bottom of the product or on areas with less detail or smaller surface area.) 8. Anti-slip pads are attached to the bottom of each product to prevent scratches and provide stability. 9. For some products, the logo is meticulously carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood. Custom text engraving is also available. 10. For items such as incense holders or ashtrays, residue from use is normal. Please exercise caution with open flames. 11.
