1. The experience time is approximately 2.5 hours, subject to on-site conditions and number of participants. It is recommended to inquire before placing an order. 築好玩藝 reserves all rights.
2. Target Audience: 10 years and above, parent-child participation is welcome. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
3. The fee includes: Instructor fee, materials, tools, equipment, venue, and 1 serving of tea/snacks per person.
4. Students are requested to arrive 15 minutes in advance so the class can start on time!
【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing an order, please check your email for the experience class e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the items and time slot.
2. Due to limited venue space, for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted to enter and participate. Those without tickets may not join the experience.
3. For DIY craft courses, two people cannot share one set of materials with a single registration.
4. If materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal oversight during the process, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (pay the difference) to continue crafting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
5. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and then re-purchase the ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance)
6. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
7. Please arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (As per regulations, no refunds will be issued on the day of the event.)
8. During the experience class, "築好玩藝" will take photos and videos of the activity. These will be uploaded to the "築好玩藝" Facebook fan page or Instagram activity page after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional purposes. Participants can download their own photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will take note and arrange accordingly.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoon-related work suspension announcements), 築好玩藝 will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If there are any inconveniences, it is recommended to contact 築好玩藝 to reschedule, with a limit of one reschedule.)
3. Cancellations are accepted and full refunds are issued up to four days before the class begins (excluding the day of). Cancellations from three days before to the day of the class are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
4. After customers place an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments can be made; refunds are not provided. For cancellations and refunds, please contact us via private message.
