Except for obvious poor conditions such as wilted flowers and bruises, we do not provide replacement of flower materials, change of flower position, flower container, card color, packaging color, etc. If you need to make temporary changes, you will need to add the difference in flower materials or packaging materials, and you will bear the risk of delayed shipment. **|Flower Gift Maintenance|** ・The flowering period of flowers varies depending on the type of flower, care method and placement environment, ranging from about 3-7 days. ・After receiving the bouquet, it is recommended to remove the packaging as soon as possible, put it into a vase, and place it in a cool and ventilated place. Clean the stems of the bouquets, trim them to 2-3 cm, and change the water every 1-2 days to extend the viewing period of the flowers. ・For table flowers, gift box flowers, basket flowers, etc., it is recommended to remove the packaging after receiving it, and gently push the flowers and leaves from the back of the flower gift or the edge of the flower pot, then add water until the water surface is 3-4 cm away from the edge of the flower pot. After that, just replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・A hot and direct sunlight environment will shorten the life of flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, it is recommended to increase the frequency of water changes. You can add 1 drop of bleach to the water to reduce the growth of microorganisms in the water.
