The wooden barrel makes it durable, easy to hold, and exceptionally lightweight. The glass nib can be detached by gently twisting and pulling it out, allowing for effortless replacement. ■ How to Use a Glass Pen Please use water-based bottled ink suitable for fountain pens. Dip approximately half of the nib into the ink and then carefully draw it out. The ink will be drawn up into the nib's channels via capillary action. You can then write words and lines using the ink held in these channels. The nib has ten channels; by occasionally rotating the pen while writing, you can ensure even ink distribution from the channels. The hard glass nib is very delicate. To avoid breakage, please be cautious not to touch the nib against the rim or bottom of the ink bottle. ■ How to Care for Your Glass Pen After use, rinse the nib with water to remove ink residue. Gently dry it with a soft cloth and store it with the nib cover attached. If ink becomes caked in the nib's channels, gently wash it away with lukewarm water using a toothbrush. ■ Due to the burner-working process, each hard glass nib is completely handmade, resulting in slight individual variations in shape and line width. ■ If the nib becomes damaged or worn, please replace it with a separately sold nib.
