Born in Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1983, with a background in craft design. He once wandered the streets of Japan, experiencing how wooden art infused warmth and profound vitality into old alleyways. These objects, like fragments of time, bearing the traces of history and the contours of the future, seek a subtle balance between opposition and harmony, transforming into delicate works that tightly connect the vision of the new generation with the simplicity of the old era. Agarwood, once crushed into powder for inhalation, is solemnly placed in the most auspicious location in Japanese homes, symbolizing vitality and light.
Sourced directly from its origin, the agarwood is pure and flawless, untouched by artificial processes like glue boiling, line drawing, or the addition of fragrances. It is presented in its most original form, using ancient "Gou Xiang" techniques to meticulously peel away the outer layers of deadwood by hand, revealing the true soul of the agarwood. This not only imbues it with eternal vitality but also allows tradition and modern craftsmanship to subtly intertwine at your fingertips, creating a feast for both the eyes and the senses. The rich aroma is like the condensation of time, gently drawing together memories of the past and aspirations for the future, allowing them to meet and resonate within the fragrance, continuously extending, distant, and profound.
