Workshop Description

1. The course fee includes instructor fees, material costs, and venue rental.
2. Pregnant individuals are advised not to participate.
3. To ensure a clear scent experience, please refrain from wearing perfume or bringing strong-smelling food or beverages into the classroom on the day of the workshop.
4. To protect the rights of the instructor and participants, only registered attendees are permitted inside the classroom. Companions (including children under 12) are not allowed.
5. If the minimum participant number of 3 is not met for a session, the event will be canceled (full refund provided).
6. Upon completion of the workshop, please clean and restore the used equipment and the venue to its original condition.
7. If you wish to take notes, please bring your own writing materials; none will be provided on-site.
8. The workshop will proceed as scheduled in case of rain. In the event of a typhoon, cancellation will be based on the official announcements regarding work and school closures by the relevant local government.
9. Photos may be taken during the event for viewing on the instructor's social media and for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed should inform the instructor at the start of the session, and arrangements will be made to avoid capturing them.
10. Please arrive on time for the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for participants who leave privately during the workshop or fail to gather at the designated time due to personal reasons.
11. In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the instructor reserves the right to cancel or modify the workshop.
12. Cancellations made within 24 hours of registration will receive a full refund (not applicable for registrations made within 3 days of the workshop start date). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the workshop start date or after the workshop has begun.
